They support daily living skills, promote independence, and help manage challenging behaviors within a supportive team environment. The role requires RBT certification, experience with children, and strong communication and behavioral management skills.

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
Accurately collect and document behavioral data
Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with children, preferably with autism
Strong behavioral management and communication skills
