Chief Financial Officer Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare finance operations
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare finance
  • High integrity, emotionally competent, strategic mindset, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structures

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:

  • Reports to and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO with key insights on organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability
  • Oversee compliance, annual budget process, financial forecasting and revenue cycle reporting
  • Deliver data-driven, transparent, strategic insights to ensure informed decision-making
  • Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team and lead audit processes, cost reporting, HRSA/BPHC, and other compliance reporting
  • Maintain and update all procurement policies, ensuring alignment with federal requirements
