- High Volume: NP writes all notes (Except ICU Notes)
- Week 2: Outpatient Clinic
- Week 3: Dialysis Centers with NP Support
- Week 4: Outpatient Clinic and Hospital Coverage
- (Spend day in clinic & day in hospitals)
- Call Schedule: 1:3 or 1:4
