Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Prior experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment assessment, and care planning preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 5x8 schedule.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week (scheduled 40 hours).
