Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatric patients, including newborns
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient pediatric care
Round on newborns
Attend C-sections
Take call for both the practice and hospital (must be within 20 minutes of the hospital when on call)
Required Procedures: Newborn rounding, C-section attendance
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Team includes 4 physicians, 2 full-time CNPs, 2 part-time CNPs, 1 part-time behavioral health CNP, and a lactation consultant
Days Per Month: Based on a four-day workweek schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Call 1:4 with a maximum 20-minute response time
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years and with plans to test) - REQUIRED
Ohio License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
NRP (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Must be willing to meet required responsibilities, including 20-minute maximum response time to the hospital when on call - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
