This role is for a full-time Med-Peds Hospitalist in a North Carolina healthcare system, providing care to both adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include patient rounds, managing nursery care, performing procedures, and collaborating with a team of hospitalists on a 7 on/7 off schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care in both adult and pediatric populations, with access to strong clinical support, cutting-edge EMR, and a welcoming community. Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 or H-1B visas accepted). BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Provide care in a Level II nursery and well newborn nursery. Conduct daily patient rounds, manage discharges, and handle vent management and intubation. Perform procedures such as central line placement and thoracentesis, with training provided. Work on a 7 on/7 off schedule, including day and night shifts.
