Nurse Practitioner (Neurology) - Frederick, Maryland

A leading multispecialty healthcare group in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its neurology team.

Position Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner will assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a variety of neurological disorders in both outpatient and hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct neurological assessments, review patient histories, and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning

• Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with chronic neurological conditions

• Support inpatient consultations as needed

• Collaborate closely with supervising neurologists, nurses, and clinical staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and care plans

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland

• Neurology experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
