Our client, in Robinson, Illinois, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting various operations within the production department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Robinson, IL

Pay Range: $15.60

Shift: 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate machines to support production processes
• Finish, inspect, and pack parts to ensure quality standards
• Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately
• Complete all required paperwork and reports daily
• Practice safety at all times and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
• Capability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Willingness to rotate between different job assignments
• Availability to work any shift as assigned, including overtime when necessary
• Ability to pass required safety tests and work well within a team environment
