- Cohesive and experienced group of colleagues
- Dedicated staff and specially trained nurses in providing emergency adult and pediatric care, as well as in trauma and resuscitation
- Fully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
- Scribe Service
- Twelve 12-hour shifts per month
- Level 4 Trauma Center
- Annual visit volume: 19,000
- Average visits per day: 55
- 16 bed hospital - new facility
- 16 Bed ED including 4 ligature safe rooms for behavioral health patients
- Hospital based ambulance service
- On call- specialties include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Tele-Psych, and Social Worker Services
- RT available 24/7
- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board eligible or board certified Emergency Medicine residency trained physicians
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
