Practice Setting
- Join a newly constructed, PCMH-certified Rural Health Clinic
- Work alongside four family physicians, three advanced practice providers, and urgent care clinicians
- Opportunity to collaborate with Boise-based pediatric subspecialists
- Provide pediatric care for children with complex medical needs
- Opportunities for Medical Directorship and other leadership roles based on interest and experience
Schedule
- Traditional Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to create a 4-day workweek
- Flexible full-time or .75 FTE options to suit your needs and preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $210,000 annually with additional wRVU production incentives
- $20,000 sign-on bonus in Year 1, $10k Year 2 ,and $10k year
- Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
