Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Clamp Forklift Operator
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 3PM shift
What's the Job?
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as reach, slip sheet, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking
- Load, unload, and store products and materials efficiently and accurately
- Stack and transport materials and products to designated areas within the facility
- Use equipment to scan products and print labels to ensure proper tracking
- Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping
What's Needed?
- Ability to demonstrate clamp forklift operation during the interview
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Availability to work the specified shifts and weekends as needed
