ENT Physician PRN Hospital-Employed On-Call Coverage Location: near Fountaintown, IndianaJob Category: Healthcare ProvidersPosition Type: PRN (As-Needed) Are you a compassionate and skilled ENT Physician looking to make a meaningful contribution to patient care in a supportive, community-focused environment? We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative team on a PRN basis, offering flexibility and the opportunity to provide impactful care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Position Responsibilities: Provide immediate medical evaluation and treatment for urgent and emergent patient conditions. Participate in on-call coverage, including ED/Inpatient consultations and surgical interventions. Respond promptly to urgent patient and provider phone calls. Communicate effectively with established physicians regarding interventions and follow-up care. Position Details: Hospital-employed role within a collaborative team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Flexible schedule: 1 week of call per 4 weeks, with options for 7 consecutive days or two weekends. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Education and Experience Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT. Suitable for both newly trained fellows and experienced practitioners. Must hold an active Indiana Medical License.
