Year-round, full-time role at Snowshoe Mountain Resort supporting the Marketing team with administrative, bookkeeping, sponsorship/partnership coordination, grant tracking, and production/contract management. Responsibilities include purchase order and budget tracking, voucher creation, managing partner activation requirements with Alterra Partnerships, coordinating signage/production, and general office administration. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least one year of administrative experience; HS diploma/GED preferred and includes employee perks and benefits after 30 days.
