Skowhegan, Maine: We invite a skilled HOSPITALIST to join 4 peers on the inpatient medical staff of an independent 25-bed critical access hospital. This community medical center provides primary and specialty care to more than 30,000 residents around this scenic riverside community in central Maine 1 hour from Bangor and 90 minutes from Portland. Join over 40 physicians (and 700+ employees) delivering progressive health and medical services in beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities.Doctors requiring J1 or H1b sponsorship are encouraged to apply. This is an equal opportunity employer.You will have a convenient schedule with 7 days on, 7 days off, then 7 nights on, 7 days off. Shifts run 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You will handle admissions and discharges and cover a 4-bed open ICU.
