About this role:

As a Palliative Medicine Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. I n this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated RN, LCSW, and Chaplain.

• You will practice at Logan Regional Hospital where you will p lay a critical role in building a new palliative care service

• Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, no call

• Make a significant and powerful impact on people and their families during times of need

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Medicine

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
