Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an integral member of the Divine Steps Therapy clinical leadership team. This role is responsible for supervising behavioral services for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, overseeing treatment planning, supervising RBTs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment programs based on ongoing data and client progress.
• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs (in-person and/or remote).
• Deliver monthly parent/caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including session notes, reports, and billing requirements.
• Ensure all clinical services adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification.
• Maryland LBA or willingness to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies including DTT, NET/NATS, and VB.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Must pass a background check.
Compensation (Part-Time Only)
• Hourly Rate: $100-$120 per hour/Hybrid only
• Flexible scheduling and ability to choose your own hours.
