Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Ortho/Trauma position in Missouri requiring an active MO or compact license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on the 6 East Ortho/Trauma unit
• Provide care to orthopedic and trauma patients
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsibilities include caring for post-surgical orthopedic and trauma patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Compliance with all hospital policies and protocols
• All certifications must be valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent Ortho/Trauma Med/Surg RN experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) approved BLS certification
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
