We serve patients at our centrally located Missoula clinic as well as multiple regional hospitals and a local surgery center.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our established, growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled, compassionate, and collaborative — someone who values clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and the ability to make a lasting impact in a vibrant mountain community.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat conditions involving the genitourinary tract for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform office-based procedures, hospital surgeries, and ambulatory surgery center cases
- Participate in shared call rotation (approximately 1:5)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our ModMed EHR system
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to practice development, quality initiatives, and educational efforts as desired
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Montana state medical licensure
- Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate care
- Interest in general urology; fellowship training welcome but not required
