Eastern North Dakota

Central Minnesota

BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners welcome
Primarily day shifts with 1:8 week rotation to night shift
Flexibility to spit time with outpatient practice, if desired
Schedule 7 on 7 off, Tuesday-Monday cycle
Full time equivalent to 24 weeks/year
Join 8 physicians and 2 NPs in practice
Hospitalists will cover Med/Surg & ICU, including ventilator co-management with intensivist, RT, and remote support from Duluth
Opportunity to teach and precept medical and PA students, and for future program leadership
Average inpatient practice volume per day: 12-15 encounters per hospitalist. Average daily census on the team: 40-60
Hospitalist team runs codes and rapid responses
No procedures required (general surgery performs central lines)

Northeastern Minnesota

BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners welcome
Both daytime and dedicated nocturnist positions available
7 on/7 off shifts 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am
One physician and one APP with an average of 6 admissions and 6 discharges (combined) during the day shift and one physician during the night shift
Procedures not required
No home call
ICU coverage; including ventilator management
Nocturnists provide cross cover, code and rapid response, and admissions
Provide tele-hospitalist coverage, including admissions, for other hospitals in the Health System
Comprehensive benefits package offered including malpractice, relocation, and more!
Located an hour from Duluth and about 3 hours from the Twin Cities
