Position:

• Location(s): Hamilton, NY (1 hour Southeast of Syracuse)
• Specialty: Emergency Medicine Physician (EM, IM, or FM)
• Patient Volume: 13,000 annually; Admitted patients: 6.2%
• Hours: 7a 7p; 7p 7a
• Shifts: Let me know how many shifts per month you are wanting to work and shift preferences if any
• Credentialing: days to credential; Temps available after receiving 3 references, NPBD, background check, etc.
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• BE/BC in EM, IM, or FM (ABMS boards only)
• IM or FM will need at least two years ER experience
• ACLS and PALS required (ATLS also required for FM/IM)
• DEA
• Clean and active NY state license and NY DEA

Compensation:

• Pay: By phone discussion only
