Local Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Rapid City, SD

Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a local travel contract in Rapid City, South Dakota. Job Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Support patients in developing or regaining daily living and work skills
Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
Provide hands-on care under the direction of the supervising OT
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures
Education & Certification Requirements:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active South Dakota COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
NBCOT certification required
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
