We are seeking a motivated and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care practice in Clearwater, FL. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a developing practice and make a significant impact in this community. We are dedicated to providing quality care and are looking for a passionate provider to help us expand our patient base.
The incoming providers role will include i ndependently managing routine primary care needs for both scheduled appointments and walk ins.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time
- Patient Population: Routine primary care for patients 16 years and older.
- Scope of Practice: Primary care and walk-in services.
- Support Staff: You will have a supportive team of colleagues including our Clinic Manager, Medical Assistant, and Medical Director. We also provide call center support for appointment booking and after-hours needs.
- Patient Volume: Goal of 15-18 patients per day initially.
Qualifications:- Autonomous Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience is preferred but new graduates are welcomed.
- Seeking a provider who is eager to learn and make a long-term commitment to the practice.
- I nitially, this will be a 1099 contract position, with a transition to W2 status upon reaching full-time. The hourly rate is negotiable and will be determined based on experience. Malpractice insurance is included as a benefit.
