We are seeking a LocumsPrimary Care Physician (PCP) to join a well-established practice in Downey, CA.This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient populationin a supportive environment while providing high-quality outpatient care.
The ideal candidate will bepatient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering comprehensive careto patients of all ages.
Compensation: $ 140.00-$150.00Per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Perform routine physicals, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active California medical license and DEA.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred.
