Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Certifications Requirements: ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with L&D and Med Surg background; prior critical access experience preferred; ER experience is a plus
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shift (6:45 PM - 7:00 AM); strong communication skills; flexibility to float between Med Surg and OB units; current Kansas RN license; physical stamina for night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to patients during all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Collaborate with physicians, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interventions.
• Execute emergency protocols and respond swiftly to obstetric urgencies.
