Compensation & Benefits Overview
Compensation:
- Months 1-24: Guaranteed income of the greater of $415,000 annually or $58 per wRVU, ensuring strong earning potential from day one.
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000 paid upon start.
Call Structure:
- Required Call: 10 days per month.
- Additional Call Pay: Earn $1,000 per day for each call day beyond 5 uncompensated days.
- Maximum Call: 20 days per month.
Professional Development:
- CME Allowance: $4,000 annually plus 5 paid business days for CME activities.
Relocation Support:
- Receive up to $15,000 in relocation reimbursement to make your move seamless.
