Orthopedic Surgeon (Physician) Northwestern North Carolina

• Seeking a BE/BC sports medicine orthopedic surgeon or general orthopedic surgeon to join a well-established practice with a strong community presence and supportive work environment.
• Competitive compensation with production-based wRVU incentive opportunity and a guaranteed base salary for 2 years (no production risk).
• Commencement bonus paid within the first month of employment.
• Join a team of 3 orthopedic surgeons (2 operative, 1 non-operative) and 3 advanced practice providers.
• 1:4 call schedule.
