Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Clinton, IA

Job Responsibilities:
- Join a busy outpatient family medicine practice (team of 3 physicians + 6 advanced practice providers).
- Provide full-time outpatient primary care during Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm clinic hours.
- Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation for the group.
- Build a patient panel with the opportunity to develop your desired panel size.
- Serve a loyal patient base while expanding services in the community.
- Work in a clinic supported by onsite lab services.
- Collaborate with supporting specialties for coordinated care.
- Enjoy a minimal commute: less than 15 minutes to the clinic and approximately 5 minutes to the hospital.
- Be part of a physician-led organization within the MercyOne Medical Group system.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of eligibility with plans to test) in Family Medicine.
- Iowa medical license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain).
- Clean malpractice and licensing history (highly preferred).
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active - required at presentation).
- Visa status: J-1 and H-1B applicants welcome indicate whether visa support is required.
- Ability to commence full-time outpatient practice Monday Friday with shared call 1:4.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Board Eligible candidates must obtain certification within 2 years.
- Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain.
