Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CVICU RN for night shifts, requiring at least 1 year of recent CVICU experience and a current MS or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in a hospital setting
• Care for critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Duties include monitoring and care of acute cardiovascular patients during overnight hours
• Adequate support staff is provided within an intensive care environment
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Orientation provided upon start

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVICU nursing experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the last 2 years are not eligible
• No local travelers within a 50-mile radius will be considered
