29 bed unit that is staffed with RN’s and CNA/CCT’s. Staffing matrix is between 1:4-6 patients. Ancillary staff includes, but is not limited to, a Rapid Response Team, phlebotomists, EKG technicians, Respiratory Therapists, and Physical and Occupational Therapists. Patient population is a combination of tele and medical status patients, all tele patients are monitored remotely by a CCT. Patient population includes treatment of any medical or stable telemetry diagnoses – COPD, sepsis, COVID and other respiratory illnesses, ETOH withdrawal, DM, GI bleed etc.
