Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

AdventHealth is seeking a motivated Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing, physician-led Endocrinology practice in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Dr. Thota, a recently onboarded endocrinologist, to expand access and deliver high-quality, compassionate endocrine care to a rapidly growing community.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Endocrinology APP role within an established, hospital-employed practice
- Work directly with one Endocrinologist and a dedicated support team (front desk, MA, and additional clinical staff)
- Schedule:
- 4.5 clinic days per week
- 4 hours of weekly administrative time
- Patient volume: patients per clinic day
- Call shared with the physician (details discussed during interviews)
- Dedicated office space in a modern clinic located on the AdventHealth Palm Coast campus
Practice & Community:
- Cohesive, mostly employed medical group with excellent collaboration across specialties
- Strong onboarding, support systems, and mentorship ideal for both experienced APPs and clinically strong new graduates
- Live and work in a coastal community with easy access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and nearby Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Orlando
