We have a new 9 week assignment for an Allied - Nuclear Med Tech in Livingston, MT and are interviewing ASAP. This is a travel assignment, days/40 hrs a week, Monday - Friday, position at a great facility.
Primary role:
- Independent Nuclear Medicine Technologist responsible for performing all routine NM studies, preparing/administering radioisotopes, and maintaining radiation safety and quality control in compliance with NRC and facility policies.
Cross-modality support (preferred, not required):
- Ability to assist with XR and/or CT during low Nuclear Medicine volume is strongly preferred and will help support Imaging throughput.
Call:
- No mandatory call requirement.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
- Current certification with NMTCB or ARRT(N).
- Eligible for/current Montana licensure as required for Nuclear Medicine practice.
- BLS required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent independent Nuclear Medicine experience (hospital or outpatient).
- Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural setting is preferred.
