Board certification in anesthesiology, Oregon licensure, and BLS certification are required, with a schedule including days and paid on-call shifts.

Patient Population: Adults, healthy pediatric cases only
Setting: Hospital - Level III Trauma Center
Responsibilities:
Pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op management
Providing leadership and support to the Anesthesia Department
Performing a variety of anesthesia procedures, including epidurals and C-sections
Working in a collaborative environment with physicians and CRNAs
Required Procedures: All types of blocks, general anesthesia (except neurosurgery and cardiac cases)
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Physicians and CRNAs (CRNAs practice independently)
Days Per Month: Varies
On-Call/Weekends: Paid call, shared equitably; post-call day off
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology - REQUIRED
Oregon license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
Has ties to Oregon (family in the area or prior residency in OR) Note in submission - REQUIRED
