Four-day workweek with guaranteed base salary and RVU bonus. Family Medicine physician, outpatient-focused with some inpatient coverage; 4-day workweek; permanent employed role in Iowa at a Critical Access Hospital; shared 1:4 call; see ~16 patients/day. - Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine - Ability to supervise NP/PA staff - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Eligible to pass hospital credentialing and local licensing - Comfortable with outpatient and occasional inpatient care

We are looking for a Family Medicine physician to join our close-knit team of four physicians. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Provide traditional family medicine services with no OB
• Primarily outpatient practice with some inpatient coverage
• Oversee NP/PA staff
• See approximately 16 patients per day
• Participate in shared call rotation of 1:4

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
