JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas Service Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic Coverage Type: Pulmonary and Critical Care Coverage Period: Ongoing FACILITY INFORMATION Practice Setting: Shared inpatient and outpatient duties ICU Setting: Open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist coverage and 12/7 eICU support Call Schedule: 1:2 Technology: ION Robot in OR, EBUS available PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults Case Mix: Pulmonary and critical care patients Consults: As required within ICU and hospital settings PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges: Required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive base salary ($485,000+) plus production bonus Bonuses: Commencement bonus available Relocation Assistance: Provided Education Stipend: Potentially available Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status) Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan: Included CME and PTO: Provided REQUIRED PROCEDURES Pulmonary diagnostics and interventions ICU care and procedures including ventilator management EBUS and robotic bronchoscopy (ION Robot) use JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive pulmonary care in outpatient setting Deliver critical care services in an open ICU setting Participate in call schedule Collaborate with clinic and hospital teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
