Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with current ARRT, RTRM, and Massachusetts state licenses for a 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a mammography unit within a hospital setting
- Schedule includes shifts on Monday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Uses Epic charting system
- Client uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
- Responsibilities include performing mammography procedures according to department standards
- Adherence to all safety, infection control, and documentation protocols required
- Candidates must provide two professional references for consideration
- Parking at some locations may incur daily costs and is not always validated; public transportation options are available
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of central Boston will receive a reduced rate
- No first-time travelers restrictions noted
Requirements
- Current ARRT and RTRM certification required
- Active Massachusetts State license required; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Licenses must be valid at time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted
- Certifications must be from the American Heart Association
- Proof of completed COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- License required if applicable
