The Med Tech provides personal care, medication assistance, and support to senior residents, helping with daily activities and monitoring changes in their health. They collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans and encourage resident engagement in community activities. The role requires certification as a Medication Aide and a positive, compassionate attitude toward elderly care.

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
