Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient, office-based primary care
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care

• Average patients/day

• Collaborate with APPs and care team

• Participate in light, low-frequency phone-only call rotation

• Optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles

• Opportunity to precept students

Required Procedures: General primary care (no specifics listed)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: RN triage, APPs, administrative staff
Days Per Month: Full-time (4 or 5 days/week)
On-Call/Weekends: Approx. 1 in 70 days; weekend telemedicine coverage 2 3 hrs every 3 months

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible within 5 years and working toward BC) REQUIRED

• Active NY License or willingness to obtain REQUIRED

• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and licensing history REQUIRED

• Willingness to work full-time, 4- or 5-day schedule REQUIRED

• Strong interest in primary care for all ages REQUIRED

• Not open to candidates within 30 miles of Saratoga, NY REQUIRED
