The Hematology/Oncology Physician provides specialized outpatient clinical care focusing on adult patients with blood disorders and cancer. Responsibilities include managing chemotherapy, radiation therapy coordination, genetic testing, and participating in interdisciplinary tumor boards without onsite clinical support staff. The position requires flexibility to manage both hematology and oncology cases with no call duties and malpractice coverage included.

Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm; working 4 5 days/week (minimum 3 days/week)
Call required: None
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Support Staff: No other physicians or APPs currently on site
Patient Load: adult patients per day
EMR: Epic
Procedures/Responsibilities:
Interdisciplinary tumor boards
Genetic testing
Blood transfusions, IV iron therapy, IV fluids
Chemotherapy & targeted therapy
Radiation therapy coordination
Must be able to see both Hematology & Oncology patients
Medical Oncologists will be considered if comfortable managing Hem/Onc
Malpractice & travel covered
