- Detention pay: $4 -$16 per 15-minute increments
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay per load: $50
- Off account per day: $200-$350
- Holiday pay per day: $140
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
