Locum tenens neonatology physician role providing call-only 24-hour beeper coverage for a Level III inpatient NICU in Waterloo, IA, covering up to 16 shifts/month with an average daily census of ~6 neonates. Position requires fellowship training in neonatology, board certification or eligibility, an active IA license or IMLC, and clean malpractice/background history; hospital privileges and credentials (NPDB) are required. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided; EMR is Epic and the unit is an integrated LDRP model with available imaging, lab, and pharmacy services.
