Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) with background in handling various ICU settings. Epic experience is required for this role. Ideal candidates will have experience in level I trauma centers and should be comfortable floating to different ICUs, including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU. Additionally, the RN will provide care for ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placements.
ResponsibilitiesThe Critical Care RN will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings.
- Floating to various units as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Monitoring patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams to implement effective treatment plans.
- Utilizing Epic for electronic medical records and documentation.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in level I trauma centers.
- Familiarity with various ICU environments.
- Epic experience is mandatory.
