Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a TN or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Labor & Delivery unit within an OB department
- Hospital setting with overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week travel assignment
- Provides care to laboring mothers during childbirth and postpartum period
- Responsible for monitoring mothers and fetuses throughout labor and delivery
- Collaborates with the OB healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
- Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
- Profile and documentation must include references, skills checklist, and license verification
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- BLS certification accepted from AHA or ARC
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
