Full-Time Join an Innovative and Growing Urology Team
AdventHealth Medical Group is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or APRN) to join our dynamic and growing Urology practice led by Dr. Tony Highshaw in Palm Coast, Florida. This is a replacement position with a well-established team, brand-new clinic space, and access to state-of-the-art technology including Da Vinci 5 robotics and Aquabeam.

- Work side-by-side with a highly experienced urologist and a supportive clinical team

- Perform in-office procedures such as urodynamics, cystoscopies, and ultrasound
- Mix of clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical support with a 1:4 call rotation
What You ll Be Doing:
- 5-day clinic schedule with rounding and procedural responsibilities
- See patients per day in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Assist in surgeries and support post-operative management
- Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in a holiday rotation and hospital call coverage
What We re Looking For:
- Florida-licensed (or eligible) PA-C or APRN
- Surgical/procedural experience preferred OR background is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Mission-aligned, flexible, and passionate about whole-person care
- Open to new grads with surgical rotations and a drive to learn
