St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in Bronx,New York is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist (PT) who is currently licensed in New York or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
PT Requirements Include:
- New York Physical Therapy (PT) License
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
