Overview We are seeking an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist to support our inpatient and outpatient services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in high-risk obstetrics, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will play a vital part in managing complex pregnancies within a comprehensive care setting that includes a Level 3A NICU, helicopter service, and robust support staff. Required Skills Valid PA State Medical License Active PA DEA registration Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (ABO+G) Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency Fellowship training in MFM accredited by ACGME or AOA Proven experience managing high-risk pregnancies Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Nice to Have Skills Experience working in a Level 3A NICU environment Previous involvement with neonatal and maternal health programs Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Epic Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, CRNPs, CNMs, and support staff Preferred Education and Experience Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship clinical experience as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist Demonstrated leadership in maternal-fetal health initiatives Experience in a multi-disciplinary group practice setting Other Requirements Availability for shift coverage on February 13-16, 2026 Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as required (though weekends are not mandated) Commitment to adhering to all hospital protocols and standards Must have or be able to obtain licensure and certifications in Pennsylvania Ability to work with advanced medical equipment including Level 3A NICU and helicopter transport services Earn competitive hourly pay of $1.00 (please note, this rate is set for the purpose of this posting; relevant compensation will be discussed during the interview process).
