Lead CRNA (Surgery Center) in Ohio

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at a Surgery Center in Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the anesthesia department
• Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures
• Supervise and mentor CRNAs and other anesthesia staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio CRNA licensure (or willing to get)
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRNA
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
