Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVOR position in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent CVOR experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) of a hospital setting
• Patient population includes adult cardiovascular surgery cases
• Day shift with varied hours, primarily 06:30 to 19:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsibilities include providing perioperative care to adult cardiovascular surgery patients in the CVOR
• No Canadian SSNs accepted
• Applicants must not have certifications expiring within 30 days of start date

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience required
• Current AHA or ARC-recognized BLS and ACLS certifications
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Applicants must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth
