Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Physician OB/GYN (Medical Director)

Leadership-focused OB/GYN opportunity combining full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership responsibilities within a growing women s health service line.

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including clinic, surgery, and deliveries
• Deliver at a Level II NICU facility with 1,600 deliveries annually
• Lead program development and strategic growth for women s health services
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
• Work alongside certified nurse-midwives with MFM support
• Balanced Monday Friday schedule with dedicated administrative leadership time
• Call rotation: 1 in 6
• Not accepting Locum candidates
• 1099 candidates NOT accepted

• Board Certified in OB/GYN REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience REQUIRED
• Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain REQUIRED
• Leadership or administrative experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice and license history HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Visa sponsorship NOT available (No J1 / No H1B)

• Shared call: 1:6 rotation
