Hours:
- 8-hour shift M-F 7-3
Primary Duties:
- Ensure employees are working safely in a nice, clean and organized area
- Train and coach fellow employees
- Maintain and communicate production reports for your department
- Set up dockets, plate jackets and plate order needed for press
- Work effectively with all plant departments in a team environment to develop multi-functional solutions
- Update cylinder inventory for all presses – gears included
- Delegate mounting jobs to each mounter by priority need
- Ensure your team has all required equipment to complete their jobs in a timely manner.
