This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch; need Thursdays every other week
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Scope: Physical Medicine
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
State Licensure: Active State License
Requirements: Provider must be experienced in the following procedures to be a qualified candidate for the job: cervical/lumbar facet injections, epidural steroid injections, transforaminal epidural steroid injections, SI joint medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
